These are the official instructions for installation of all M30 crank sets into BBInfinite BSA (aka Euro Style) road, BMX, and MTB threaded bottom brackets.
let's install an M30 crank in our new BBInfinite BSA bottom bracket for all M30 cranks this includes road and mountain. Now the M30 crank comes in different lengths depending on if it's road or mountain for BMX and for road bikes it's going to be in this standard right about there. 113mm spindle you can see that's a box crank for BMX bikes and here is a Zeonte road crank and you'll see it's that same spindle length so this Crank will work in this bottom bracket no problem. And here's what you want to see about this it's 30mm on one side and 28 on the other the 28mm side needs to interface with the bearing in a very specific way so let's cover that right now the first thing I want you to do is you're going to see one of these spacers that comes inside of your BBInfinite M30 kit and it says this side faces toward the crank arm that means it's going to go toward this spider right here and just go ahead and push it into place just going to snug into place and then take a little bit of grease and put a little bit of grease on it just like that and at this time go ahead and grease the splines just like that now the next thing you want to do is you want to apply a little bit of grease to this non-drive side now the non-drive side is what's going to interface with that 28mm side so we want to put a little bit of grease on the face of this and this is going to act kind of like a glue almost to kind of stick this shield into place now you saw it kind of popped into place there and that's because there is a 28mm bushing that sticks up very slightly okay and this is actually going to pop down around it and that's going to help center it and we want that to stay in place we don't want to slip off when we're installing it and then from here it's just as simple as slipping the crank in just like that and then bolting the crank arm down to whatever the spec is that's printed on the crank arm in this case it's uh let's see here it's a 50 to 60Nm so just bolt that down and you're ready to go
